 ORDER

 By  the  Acting  Chief,  Financial  Analysis  and  Compliance  Division,  Cable  Services  Bureau: 
 1.  In  this  Order,  we  consider  a  motion  ("  Motion"),  filed  by  the  above-  captioned  Complainant, 
 for  an  extension  of  time  to  file  a  reply  to  a  Response  filed  by  the  above-  captioned  Respondent.  Complainant 
 filed  its  Complaint  on  January  17,  2001,  pursuant  to  47  U.  S.  C.  §  224.  Respondent  filed  its  Response  on 
 February  16,  2001.  Under  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §  1.1407  (a),  a  reply  from  Complainant  is 
 due  by  March  8,  2001.  Complainant  requests  that  the  time  for  filing  a  reply  be  extended  to  March  15, 
 2001.  In  support  of  its  Motion,  Complainant  argues  that  it  did  not  receive  a  copy  of  the  Response  until 
 February  22,  2001.  Complainant  states  that  Respondent  does  not  oppose  its  Motion. 


 2.  It  is  the  policy  of  the  Commission  that  extensions  of  time  shall  not  be  routinely  granted.  1 
 However,  in  this  instance,  Complainant  has  provided  us  with  a  compelling  reason  that  supports  an  extension 
 of  time.  Because  there  was  a  delay  in  Complainant  receiving  a  copy  of  the  Response,  Complainant  requires 
 the  extension  in  order  to  provide  the  Commission  with  a  complete  and  accurate  reply.  Moreover, 
 Respondent  has  agreed  to  the  brief  extension  of  time.  Therefore,  we  will  extend  the  time  for  filing  a  reply 
 until  March  15,  2001. 


 3.  Accordingly,  IT  IS  ORDERED,  pursuant  to  Sections  0.321,  1.46  and  1.1407  of  the 
 Commission's  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.321,  1.46  and  1.1407,  that  Complainant’s  Motion  for  Extension  of 
 Time  IS  GRANTED  TO  THE  EXTENT  INDICATED  HEREIN.
