(collectively, SuperCom) filed a Petition for Reconsideration of the Memorandum Opinion and Order in File Nos. 22597- CD- AL- 97 and 21004- CD- AL- 98, DA 00- 465, 15 FCC Rcd. 4604 (WTB/ PRB rel. March 2, 2000). 1 On January 10, 2001, SuperCom filed a Request to Withdraw its Petition For Reconsideration (Request) and the following related pleadings: (1) Motion to Strike Comments filed by Range Corporation and Request for Investigation, filed March 22, 2000; (2) Notice of No Opposition to Motion to Strike Comments Filed by Range Corporation and Request for Investigation, filed April 24, 2000; (3) Withdrawal of Request for Emergency and Expedited Treatment of the March 13, 2000 Petition and Withdrawal of Request for Referral to the Commissioners for Consideration as an Application for Review, filed May 18, 2000; and (4) Freedom of Information Act requests filed March 24 and 27, 2000. 2 The Policy and Rules Branch of the Commercial Wireless Division has reviewed and hereby approves SuperCom’s Request to Withdraw its Petition for Reconsideration and the above enumerated related pleadings. In view of SuperCom’s withdrawal of its Petition for Reconsideration and related pleadings, Range Corporation’s Comments filed on March 21, 2000 in this proceeding are hereby deemed moot and dismissed.
