On March 5, 2001, TCI Cablevision of Washington, Inc. (“ TCI- W”) and the City of Olympia, Washington (“ City”) filed with the Commission a joint motion to withdraw appeals of local rate orders adopted by the City. In its motion, TCI- W and the City request that the appeals and all petitions, applications for reveiw, requests for emergency stay, and filings related to these proceedings be withdrawn and dismissed with prejudice and without benefit of substantive Commission review. This withdrawal resolves all pending rate matters involving TCI- W and the City. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Joint Motion to Withdraw Appeals of Local Rate orders filed by TCI Cablevision of Washington, Inc. and the City of Olympia, Washington IS GRANTED and the appeals, application for review and emergency stay requests ARE DISMISSED. 3.
