 Carriage  of  Digital  Television  Broadcast  Signals,  Amendments  to  Part  76  of  the  Commission's 
 Rules,  Report  and  Order  and  Further  Notice  of  Proposed  Rulemaking,  FCC  01-  22  (CS  Docket  Nos.  98- 
 120,  00-  96,  00-  2)  regarding  cable  carriage  of  broadcast  digital  television  pursuant  to  mandatory  carriage 
 and  retransmission  consent  has  been  published  in  the  Federal  Register,  66  Fed  Reg  16523,  16532 
 (March  26,  2001).  Comments  in  response  to  the  Further  Notice  must  be  filed  within  45  days  of 
 publication  in  the  Federal  Register  (on  or  before  May  10,  2001),  and  Reply  Comments  must  be  filed 
 within  90  days  of  publication  in  the  Federal  Register  (on  or  before  June  25,  2001).
