On March 21, 2001, United Cable Television Limited Partnership d/ b/ a TCI Communications of Baltimore (“ TCI- B”) and the City of Baltimore, Maryland (“ City”) filed with the Commission a joint motion to withdraw an appeal of local rate order adopted by the City. In its motion, TCI- B and the City requests that the appeal, request for emergency stay, as well as all subsequent filings related to these proceedings be withdrawn and dismissed with prejudice and without benefit of substantive commission review. 2.
