 On  April  2,  2001,  Century  Tel  of  Washington,  Inc.  (Century)  filed  revisions  to  its  cost 
 allocation  manual  (CAM),  in  accordance  with  Section  64.903  of  the  Commission’s  rules.  Parties 
 may  file  comments  on  Century’s  CAM  no  later  than  May  7,  2001.  Replies  should  be  filed  by  May 
 22,  2001.  Comments  should  reference  ASD  01-  23.  A  copy  of  each  pleading  should  be  sent  to
