 GENERAL  ACTION 
 FCC  ANNOUNCES  NEW  ADDRESS  FOR  FILING  OF  APPLICATION  AND  FILING  FEES 
 AT  MELLON  BANK 


 Mellon  Bank  has  moved  its  Global  Cash  Management  headquarters  to  their  new  Mellon 
 Client  Service  Center.  The  Center  will  be  the  location  where  all  of  the  FCC's  fee-  related 
 applications  are  processed. 


 What  this  means  for  our  FCC  Clients  is  that,  although  our  individual  lockbox  addresses 
 will  not  change,  Mellon's  street  address  will  change.  The  following  address  should  be 
 used  for  all  overnight  deliveries  instead  of  the  525  William  Penn  Way  address:
