C. 20554 News Media Information 202 / 418- 0500 Internet: http:// www. fcc. gov TTY: 1- 888- 835- 5322 DA 02- 1030 May 8, 2002 Electronic Access to the Ownership Disclosure Form, FCC Form 602, is Now Available The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB) announces Internet access to its database of Ownership Disclosure Forms (FCC Form 602) that have been filed with the Commission. 1 Access is available on the web page for the Universal Licensing System (ULS) at http:// wireless. fcc. gov/ uls. Click on the “Ownership” button under Search. The database is a basic “search” system providing quick, easy access to scanned versions of the Form, in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) and is accessible three different ways: 2 1. Search by filer name or any two consecutive letters or characters within a filer’s name. 2. Search by the first letter or character of the filer’s name. 3. Search by the date a Form was filed with the Commission by entering a date range. The results can be sorted alphabetically by filer name or in descending order by date filed. The Result Screen will list the name of the filers meeting your criteria and the date the ownership information was filed. Click on a filer’s name to access the Form 602. Click the Print button to get a copy of the Form. Note: WTB is developing an electronic Ownership Disclosure Form for interactive filing in ULS. Interactive filing may be implemented as early as late summer 2002 and will be announced in a later Public Notice.
