(Commnet) filed a Petition For Declaratory Ruling and Correction of ULS Database regarding Cellular Radiotelephone Call Sign KNKR216 (Petition). The Policy and Rules Branch of the Commercial Wireless Division has determined that the license for Call Sign KNKR216 terminated automatically pursuant to section 1.946( c) of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F. R. § 1.946( c), and has corrected the Universal Licensing System Database accordingly. In view of the foregoing and pursuant to section 0.331 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F.
