Before the Telecommunications Access Policy Division is a Request for Review filed by Amity Regional High School (Amity Regional), Woodbridge, Connecticut, seeking review of a decision issued by the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) of the Universal Service Administrative Company (Administrator). 1 Amity Regional seeks review of SLD’s denial of its FCC Form 471 application, stating that Amity Regional's application did not meet the filing requirements for the 2001- 2002 Schools and Libraries filing window. 2 However, since the Request for Review was filed, SLD issued an Administrator's Decision on Appeal, denying Amity Regional's appeal in full because Amity Regional's Form 470 Certification was not postmarked prior to the close of the filing window on January 18, 2001. 3 Therefore, we dismiss Amity Regional’s Request for Review as moot.
