 The  Wireline  Competition  Bureau  has  appointed  Sanford  Williams,  staff  attorney,  Telecommunication  Access  Policy  Division  (TAPD),  to  serve  as  the  Designated  Federal  Officer 
 (DFO)  to  the  Federal  Communications  Commission’s  federal  advisory  committee,  the  North  American  Numbering  Council  (NANC).  Mr.  Williams  served  as  the  Alternate  DFO  (ADFO) 
 from  January  2001  through  May  2002.  Mr.  Williams  replaces  Cheryl  Callahan,  Assistant  Division  Chief,  TAPD,  who  served  as  the  DFO  from  April  2000  through  May  2002. 


 The  Bureau  also  announces  the  appointments  of  Jennifer  Gorny,  staff  attorney,  TAPD  and  Pam  Slipakoff,  staff  attorney,  TAPD,  as  the  ADFOs.
