DOCKET NO. 89- 97) Comment Date: June 17, 2002 Reply Date: July 2, 2002 On April 17, 2002, the Southern California Regional Planning Committee submitted a proposal to amend the Region 5 800 MHz Plan, which was adopted by the Commission on November 8, 1989, Order, General Docket 89- 97, 4 FCC Rcd 8352 (1989) and subsequently revised by letter on November 4, 1994, 9 FCC Rcd 6716 (1994), and by Order on February 28, 1995, 10 FCC Rcd 2824 (1995). The Plan was further modified by letter on April 19, 1996, by Public Notice (Report No. WT 97- 39), on October 7, 1997, and again by Public Notice on December 14, 2000, 15 FCC Rcd 24573 (2000). The instant plan amendment application requests modification of the frequency assignment list of the Region 5 plan.
