(“ Lancaster”) with respect to a pending Petition for Reconsideration filed by Lancaster on April 25, 2002. 47 C. F. R. § 1. 113( a). 2 We note, however, that Paris is listed as a qualified bidder only conditionally, until resolution of a pending Petition for Reconsideration filed by Lancaster, an affiliate of Paris, which will determine Paris’ compliance with Section 1.2105( a)( 2)( x) of the Commission’s rules. 47 C. The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau reserves the right to deny Paris’ waiver request, reject Paris’ application, and find Paris not qualified to bid with respect to any license in Auction No. 45 based on that determination. If the Bureau ultimately denies Paris’ waiver request, Paris would be in default on any license for which it is the winning bidder, and subject to default payments under Sections 1. 2104( g) and 1. 2109( c) of the Commission’s rules. 47 C.
