(J& K) and Nextel License Holdings 4, Inc. (Nextel) filed Oppositions to the Petition for Reconsideration on June 26, 2001 (J& K Opposition) and July 2, 2001 (Nextel Opposition). Nationwide filed a Consolidated Reply on July 6, 2001. Nextel also filed an Opposition to the Petition for Stay on July 2, 2001 (Nextel Stay Opposition). On September 13, 2001, Nationwide filed separate requests to withdraw its Petition for Reconsideration and Petition for Stay. On January 10, 2002, Nationwide filed supplements to each of its withdrawal requests. Pursuant to Section 4( i) of the Communications Act, 47 U. S. C. § 154( i), and Sections 0.331 and 1.935( a) of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F. R. §§ 0.331 and 1.935( a), the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau has reviewed and hereby approves Nationwide’s requests to withdraw its Petition for Reconsideration and Petition for Stay, as supplemented on January 10, 2002. In light of our approval of Nationwide’s requests to withdraw its Petition for Reconsideration and Petition for Stay, we dismiss the J& K Opposition, the Nextel Opposition, and the Nextel Stay Opposition as moot.
