 WITHDRAWAL  OF  PETITION  FOR  RECONSIDERATION 
 On  October  17,  1994,  Columbia  Communications  Corporation  (Columbia)  filed  a  petition  for  reconsideration  of  Memorandum  Opinion  and  Order,  FCC  94-  205,  rel.  Sept. 
 16,  1994,  9  FCC  Rcd  4890,  (1994).  Columbia  filed  a  corrected  version  of  its  petition  on  October  18,  1994.  On  May  30,  2002,  Columbia  filed  a  letter  stating  that  it  is  withdrawing 
 the  October  1994  petitions.  As  the  Columbia  petitions  for  reconsideration  have  been  withdrawn,  this  proceeding  is  hereby  terminated.
