ELCS is sought between the Albany exchange and Amite and Kentwood exchanges; and the Springfield exchange and Amite, Kentwood, and Independence exchanges. Interested parties may file comments concerning this matter on or before June 18, 2002 and reply comments on or before June 25, 2002.
