 decision  by  the  Schools  and  Libraries  Division  (SLD)  of  the  Universal  Service  Administrative 
 Company  (Administrator)  to  cancel  a  funding  award  in  Funding  Year  1  of  the  schools  and 
 libraries  universal  service  mechanism.  1  By  letter  filed  January  10,  2002,  NSCI  requested  that  its 
 Request  for  Review  be  withdrawn.
