 1.  On  February  6,  2002,  BT  North  America,  Inc.  filed  the  above-  captioned  Expedited  Petition  for  Clarification.  1  In  the  petition.  BT  North  America,  Inc.  requested 
 clarification  that  revenues  from  non-  common  carrier  video  distribution  services  provided  by  its  Broadcast  Services  unit  are  not  subject  to  universal  service  contribution  or  reporting 
 requirements.  On  May  30,  2002,  BT  North  America,  Inc.  submitted  a  request  to  withdraw  the  above-  captioned  petition.  2  We  grant  the  request  to  withdraw  and  dismiss  the  petition. 


 2.  ACCORDINGLY,  IT  IS  ORDERED,  pursuant  to  the  authority  delegated  under  sections  0.91  and  0.291  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.91,  0.291,  that  the  request  to
