 By  the  Accounting  Policy  Division,  Common  Carrier  Bureau: 
 1.  Before  the  Accounting  Policy  Division  is  a  Request  for  Review  filed  by 
 Horseheads  Central  School  District  (Horseheads),  Syracuse,  New  York,  seeking  review  of  a 
 decision  issued  by  the  Schools  and  Libraries  Division  (SLD)  of  the  Universal  Service 
 Administrative  Company  (Administrator).  1  Horseheads  seeks  review  of  SLD’s  denial  of 
 Horseheads’  request  to  have  one  of  its  Funding  Year  3  funding  requests  split  into  two  separate 
 requests.  2  However,  since  the  Request  for  Review  was  filed,  SLD  has  granted  the  relief  that 
 Horseheads  is  seeking.  3  Horseheads’  Request  for  Review  is  therefore  dismissed  as  moot.
