 PETITION  FOR  DECLARATORY  RULING  WITHDRAWN 
 On  March  25,  2002,  JLC  Communications,  Inc.  (JLC)  filed  a  Petition  for  Declaratory  Ruling  in  response  to  an  Order  of  Referral  by  the  State  Court  of  Fulton  County.  On  June  17, 
 2002,  JLC  filed  a  letter  with  the  Commission  requesting  permission  to  withdraw  the  Petition  for  Declaratory  Ruling.  The  Pricing  Policy  Division  of  the  Wireline  Competition  Bureau  has 
 reviewed  and  hereby  approves  JLC’s  request  to  withdraw  its  Petition  for  Declaratory  Ruling.  Accordingly,  the  proceeding  captioned  “Petition  for  Declaratory  Ruling  on  Certain  Billing 
 Practices  of  MCI  WorldCom  Network  Services,  Inc.  with  Respect  to  Collection  of  Termination  Charges”  is  closed.
