Before the Telecommunications Access Policy Division is a Request for Review filed by School Administrative Unit #19, Goffstown, New Hampshire, on behalf of Bartlett Elementary School (Bartlett Elementary) seeking review of a decision issued by the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) of the Universal Service Administrative Company (Administrator). 1 Bartlett Elementary seeks review of SLD’s denial of requested discounted services under the schools and libraries universal service support mechanism. 2 Specifically, SLD denied Bartlett Elementary’s request for discounts for telecommunications services, Funding Request Number (FRN) 810358. 3 However, since the Request for Review was filed, SLD reconsidered its denial 1 Letter from Susan R.
