 By  this  public  notice,  the  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau  announces  the  auction  of  licenses  in  the  747-  762  and  777-  792  MHz  bands  (Auction  No.  31),  scheduled  to  begin  on  January  14, 
 2003,  will  be  rescheduled.  A  new  starting  date  and  other  relevant  dates  for  Auction  No.  31  will  be  announced  by  separate  public  notice.
