 The  Federal  Communications  Commission  will  hold  a  public  forum  to  discuss  issues  relating  to  rights-  of-way  management. 
 Date/  Time:  Wednesday,  October  16,  2002  9:  00  a.  m.  –  4:  00  p.  m.

 Details  regarding  the  participants  and  specific  issues  to  be  discussed  will  be  provided  in  a  subsequent  public  notice.  Attendance  is  open  to  the  public.  Seating  will  be  available  on  a  first  come,  first-  served
