 changes  to  the  Carrier-  to-  Carrier  Performance  Plan  (Performance  Plan)  for  California  and  Nevada.  1  Pursuant  to  the  SBC/  Ameritech  Merger  Order,  I  grant  SBC’s  request  beginning  with  July  2002
