(“ AT& T”) associated with the operation of their respective cable systems. A public notice in this proceeding adopted on August 23, 2002 and released on August 26, 2002 1 announced plans to establish a revised deadline for comment on Applicants’ proposal to insulate and divest AT& T’s interest in Time Warner Entertainment (“ TWE”) following receipt of supplemental information from the Applicants concerning their planned restructuring of the TWE partnership. 2 On August 23, 2001, we also received the requested information from the Applicants. Specifically, the Applicants filed the August 21, 2002 agreement to restructure the partnership, which was made available to the public on the ECFS system and on the merger web pages maintained by the Media Bureau and the Office of General Counsel. Accordingly, we extend the August 30, 2002 comment deadline to ten days from the date of this Public Notice. Pursuant to Sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission's rules, 47 C. F. R. §§ 1.415, 1. 419, interested parties may file comments on or before September 5, 2002.
