In this order we dismiss as moot various pleadings pertaining to the “Little LEO” satellite license formerly held by Starsys Global Positioning, Inc. 2. After resolving an eligibility issue arising under Section 310( a) of the Communications Act in a separate decision, 1 the International Bureau granted Starsys’ license application for a non- voice, non- geostationary “Little LEO” satellite system in 1995. 2 Orbital Communications Corporation filed an application for review of the preliminary 310( a) ruling and a petition for reconsideration of the license grant. 3 In addition, Leo One USA Corporation filed two petitions requesting post- grant declaratory rulings that the Starsys Little LEO license was null and void for failure to meet license conditions. 4 3. Starsys subsequently surrendered its Little LEO license for cancellation. 5 Consequently, the above- described pleadings are moot. 1 STARSYS Global Positioning, Inc.
