In this Public Notice, the Commission releases a draft agenda for the public forum outlining topics of discussion. The draft agenda is attached hereto. Parties interested in participating as a panelist should send a brief description of experience and expertise on rights- of- way issues to Kris Monteith and Gene Fullano, Consumer & Governmental Affairs Bureau, at kmonteit@ fcc. gov and gfullano@ fcc. gov. Attendance at this public forum is open to the public. Seating will be available on a first come, first-served basis.
