 Correction  to  Section  76.59  Rules  Pertaining  to  Definitions  of  Markets 
 CS  DOCKET  NO.  95-  178 


 On  May  21,  1999,  the  Commission  adopted  the  Order  on  Reconsideration  and  Second  Report  and  Order,  CS  Docket  No.  95-  178  (FCC  99-  116  (1999)).  In  the  Order  on  Reconsideration  and 
 Second  Report  and  Order,  the  Commission  adopted  Section  76.59  as  a  final  rule  for  definition  of  markets  for  cable  television  broadcast  signal  carriage.  A  summary  of  the  Order  on 
 Reconsideration  and  Second  Report  and  Order  addressing  the  adoption  of  Section  76.59  as  a  final  rule  was  published  in  the  Federal  Register  at  64  FR  33796  (June  24,  1999).  A  non-substantive 
 rule  change  to  correct  an  error  in  the  publication  of  section  76.59  of  the  Commission’s  rules  was  published  in  the  Federal  Register  at  67  FR  53892  (August  20,  2002).
