Before the Telecommunications Access Policy Division (Division) is a Petition for Reconsideration filed by Chichester School District (Chichester), Boothwyn, Pennsylvania. 1 Chichester seeks reconsideration of the Division’s April 11, 2002 decision denying Chichester’s Request for Review on the grounds that Chichester indicated on its FCC Form 471 that the requested service is site specific. 2 Because the Petition for Reconsideration was untimely filed, we must dismiss it without further consideration. 2.
