 By  the  Telecommunications  Access  Policy  Division,  Wireline  Competition  Bureau: 
 1.  Before  the  Telecommunications  Access  Policy  Division  (Division)  is  a  Petition  for  Reconsideration  filed  by  Chichester  School  District  (Chichester),  Boothwyn,  Pennsylvania.  1 
 Chichester  seeks  reconsideration  of  the  Division’s  April  11,  2002  decision  denying  Chichester’s  Request  for  Review  on  the  grounds  that  Chichester  indicated  on  its  FCC  Form  471  that  the 
 requested  service  is  site  specific.  2  Because  the  Petition  for  Reconsideration  was  untimely  filed,  we  must  dismiss  it  without  further  consideration. 


 2.  Petitions  for  reconsideration  of  Commission  actions  must  be  filed  within  30  days  of  the  public  notice  of  the  action.  3  For  non-  rulemaking  documents  released  by  the  Commission 
 or  staff,  the  date  of  public  notice  is  the  release  date.  4  The  release  date  of  the  decision  Chichester

 notice  and  hence  is  untimely. 
 3.  ACCORDINGLY,  IT  IS  ORDERED,  pursuant  to  authority  delegated  under  sections  0.91,  0.291,  and  1.106(  a)(  1)  of  the  Commission's  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.91,  0.291,  and 


 1.106(  a)(  1),  that  the  Petition  for  Reconsideration  filed  by  Chichester  School  District,  Boothwyn,  Pennsylvania,  on  July  8,  2002  IS  DISMISSED.
