This Order dismisses the Request for Review filed by Salem City School District (Salem), Salem, New Jersey. 1 Salem requests review of a decision by the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) of the Universal Service Administrative Company (Administrator) regarding invoices filed in relation to Salem’s request for discounts in Funding Year 1999 of the schools and libraries universal service mechanism. 2 Specifically, Salem requests that its Form 486 be considered as timely filed. 3 Upon our review of the record, however, we find that SLD approved Salem’s request to waive the Form 486 and invoicing deadline. 4 Accordingly, the Division dismisses Salem’s Request for Review as moot. 1 Letter from Gary Goldberg, Salem City School District, to Federal Communications Commission, filed October 18, 2001 (Request for Review). 2 See Request for Review. Thus the funding period which began on July 1, 1999 and ends on June 30, 2000 is now called Funding Year 1999.
