The Telecommunications Access Policy Division has under consideration a Request for Waiver filed by St. John’s County School District, St. Augustine, Florida (St. John’s). 1 St. John’s seeks an extension of the deadline for FCC Form 472 filed in relation to St. John’s request for discounts in Funding Year 2000 of the schools and libraries universal service mechanism. 2 Specifically, St. John’s requests that the deadline be extended for Funding Request Number (FRN) 439209. 3 Upon our review of the record, however, we find that SLD approved St. John’s 1 Letter from Frank Clark, St. John’s County School District, to Federal Communications Commission, filed June 7, 2002 (Request for Waiver). Section 54. 719( c) of the Commission’s rules provides that any person aggrieved by an action taken by a division of the Administrator may seek review from the Commission. 47 C. F. R. § 54. 719( c). 2 See Request for Waiver. The deadline for St. John’s County’s Form 472 was March 12, 2002. See SLD website, What’s New June 2002 (“ Invoices must be postmarked no later than 120 days after the last date to receive service or 120 days after the date of the Form 486 Notification Letter whichever is later.”) See also Letter from Schools and Libraries Division, Universal Service Administrative Company, to Gerald A.
