The Telecommunications Access Policy Division has under consideration a Request for Waiver filed by St. Theresa of Avila Regional School, Gonzales, Louisiana (St. Theresa). 1 St. Theresa seeks an extension of the deadline for FCC Form 472 filed in relation to St. Theresa’s request for discounts in Funding Year 2000 of the schools and libraries universal service mechanism. 2 Specifically, St. Theresa requests that the deadline be extended for Funding Request Numbers (FRNs) 407384, 408001, 408250, 408342, and 408648. 3 Upon our review of the record, however, we find that SLD approved St. Theresa’s request to extend the invoicing 1 Letter from Bonita Picou and Jay Sullivan, St. Theresa of Avila Regional School, Gonzales, Louisiana, to Federal Communications Commission, filed June 5, 2002 (Request for Waiver).
