 1.  Before  the  Accounting  Policy  Division  is  a  Request  for  Review  filed  by  Mercer 
 County  School  District  (Mercer  County),  Princeton,  West  Virginia.  1  Mercer  County  seeks 
 review  of  a  decision  by  the  Schools  and  Libraries  Division  (SLD)  of  the  Universal  Service 
 Administrative  Company  (Administrator)  to  deny  two  of  Mercer  County’s  funding  requests  in 
 Funding  Year  4  of  the  schools  and  libraries  universal  service  mechanism.  2  Specifically,  Mercer 
 County  seeks  review  of  Funding  Request  Numbers  (FRN)  592979  and  573899.  3  Mercer  County 
 has  subsequently  withdrawn  its  appeal  of  FRN  592979.  4  Further,  after  reviewing  the  Funding

 FRN  573899  in  the  amount  requested.  5  We  therefore  dismiss  the  pending  Request  for  Review 


 2.  ACCORDINGLY,  IT  IS  HEREBY  ORDERED,  pursuant  to  authority  delegated 
 under  sections  0.91,  0.291,  and  54.722(  a)  of  the  Commission's  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.91,  0.  291, 
 and  54.722(  a),  that  the  Request  for  Review  filed  by  Mercer  County  School  District,  Princeton,
