 By  the  Chief,  Policy  Division,  Media  Bureau: 
 MCC  Iowa  LLC  (“  Mediacom”)  filed  a  petition  for  reconsideration  seeking  a  Commission  determination  that  because  Mediacom’s  cable  system  serving  North  Liberty,  Iowa  is  subject  to  effective 
 competition,  the  City  of  North  Liberty  cannot  be  certified  to  regulate  Mediacom’s  cable  rates.  Subsequently,  Mediacom  filed  a  request  to  withdraw  its  petition  for  reconsideration. 


 Accordingly,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that  the  request  to  withdraw  the  petition  for  reconsideration  filed  by  Mediacom  IS  GRANTED  and  the  petition  for  reconsideration  IS  DISMISSED. 
 This  action  is  taken  pursuant  to  delegated  authority  pursuant  to  Section  0.283  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §  0.283.
