(“ AT& T Wireless”). 1 As a condition of that consent, AT& T Wireless was required to dispose of spectrum exceeding the CMRS spectrum aggregation limit, 2 and was permitted to place that interest in a trust for purposes of divestiture. 3 On April 11, 2002, the subject interest was transferred to a trust administered by the approved trustee, David Michelman (“ Trustee”). The consent further provided that any such divestiture trust was limited to 180 days’ duration. On September 20, 2002, the Trustee formally requested that the Commission extend the permitted duration of this trust for an additional 180 days beyond the current October 8, 2002 expiration date. 4 Interested parties are invited to comment concerning the Trustee’s request by September 30, 2002. Copies of the Trustee’s request and any subsequently- filed documents will be available electronically on the Commission’s Electronic Comment Filing System (“ ECFS”) under WT Docket No. 01- 35.
