On August 2, 2002, BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (BellSouth) filed the above- captioned Petition for Waiver and Extension of Time for filing its Numbering Resource Utilization and Forecast (NRUF) report, which was due on August 1, 2002. 1 On September 17, 2002, BellSouth submitted a request to withdraw the above- captioned request. 2 Given that BellSouth has now submitted all of the data for its NRUF report, its Waiver Petition 3 is moot. We, therefore, grant BellSouth’s request to withdraw and dismiss its Waiver Petition. 2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to the authority delegated under sections 0.91 and 0.291 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F. R. §§ 0.91, 0.291, that the request to withdraw the above- captioned Waiver Petition is GRANTED. 1 BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., Amended Emergency Petition for Waiver and Extension of Time (filed August 2, 2002). In that petition, BellSouth requested an extension of time until August 31, 2002. On August 30, 2002, however, BellSouth asked that the deadline be extended to September 6, 2002.
