The Telecommunications Access Policy Division has under consideration a Request for Waiver filed by Red Clay School District, Dover, Delaware (Red Clay). 1 Red Clay seeks an extension of the deadline for Form 472 filed in relation to Red Clay’s request for discounts in Funding Year 2000 of the schools and libraries universal service mechanism. 2 Specifically, Red Clay requests that the deadline be extended for Funding Request Number (FRN) 430711. 3 Upon our review of the record, however, we find that SLD approved Red Clay’s request to extend the 1 Letter from Kay R.
