The Telecommunications Access Policy Division has under consideration a request filed by South Lane School District (South Lane), Cottage Grove, Oregon. 1 South Lane seeks an extension of the deadline for invoices filed in relation to South Lane’s request for discounts in Funding Year 2000 of the schools and libraries universal service mechanism. 2 Specifically, South Lane requests that the deadline be extended for Funding Request Numbers (FRNs) 359426, 359488, and 359560. 3 Upon our review of the record, however, we find that SLD approved South Lane’s request to extend the invoicing deadline for FRNs 359426, 359488, and 359560. 4 Accordingly, we dismiss South Lane’s Request for Review as moot. 1 Letter from Scott Baker, South Lane School District, to Federal Communications Commission, filed March 25, 2002 (Request for Review).
