The Telecommunications Access Policy Division has under consideration a request filed by Middle Country Public Library, Centereach, New York (Middle Country). 1 Middle Country seeks an extension of a deadline for invoices filed in relation to Middle Country’s request for discounts in Funding Year 2000 of the schools and libraries universal service mechanism. 2 Specifically, Middle Country requests that the deadline be extended for Funding Request Number (FRN) 394147 because of difficulties with its selected service provider. 3 Upon our review of the record, however, we find that SLD approved Middle Country’s request to extend the invoicing deadline for FRN 394147. 4 Accordingly, we dismiss 1 Letter from Sandra Feinberg, Middle Country Public Library, to Federal Communications Commission, filed April 8, 2002 (Request for Review).
