In this public notice, we seek comment on the Cost Allocation Manual (CAM) revision filed by SBC Communications Inc. on September 30, 2002, on behalf of Ameritech, Nevada Bell, Pacific Bell and Southwestern Bell Telephone companies. Specifically, SBC Communications Inc. has filed changes to the nonregulated activities, incidental activities, transactions with affiliates, and cost apportionment sections of the CAM. II. PROCEDURAL MATTERS 2. This matter shall be treated as a "permit- but- disclose" proceeding in accordance with the Commission's ex parte rules. 1 Persons making oral ex parte presentations are reminded that memoranda summarizing the presentations must contain summaries of the substance of the presentations and not merely a listing of the subjects discussed.
