 COMMENTS  SOUGHT  ON  VERIZON’s  REVISION 
 TO  ITS  COST  ALLOCATION  MANUAL 
 ASD  02-  09 


 On  January  30,  2002,  Verizon  Operating  Companies  (Verizon)  filed  an  update  to  its  consolidated 
 Cost  Allocation  Manual  (CAM)  in  accordance  with  Section  64.903  of  the  Commission’s  rules.  Verizon’s 
 CAM  update  reflects  revisions  to  Section  V,  Transactions  With  Affiliates.  These  revisions  include  name 
 changes  for  Service  Companies,  the  services  provided  and  other  minor  changes. 


 Parties  may  file  comments  on  Verizon’s  CAM  no  later  than  March  5,  2002.  Replies  should  be 
 filed  by  March  20,  2002.  Comments  should  reference  ASD  02-  09.  A  COPY  OF  EACH  PLEADING 
 SHOULD  BE  SENT  TO  Ed  Dashkin,  FCC  Common  Carrier  Bureau,  445  12  th  Street,  SW,  Room  6-  C221,
