We grant the request of Bureau 21, Inc. (Bureau 21) to withdraw its petition. On July 16, 2002, Bureau 21 filed the above- captioned petition. 1 In the petition, Bureau 21 requested the Commission to direct the North American Numbering Plan Administrator (NANPA) to assign it a carrier identification code (CIC) as a switchless reseller without requiring it to purchase Feature Group D access. On October 24, 2002, Bureau 21 notified the Commission that it had received a CIC and submitted a request to withdraw the above-captioned petition. 2 2.
