DOCKET NO. 90- 53) Comment Date: December 9, 2002 Reply Date: December 24, 2002 On October 7, 2002, the Region 19 (New England) 800 MHz Radio Planning Committee submitted a proposed amendment to its Public Safety Plan (Plan) that would revise the current channel allotments to reflect changes made as a result of its ninth window application process. The Region subsequently submitted a proposal on October 8, 2002 to amend its Plan that would further revise the Region’s channel allotments to reflect changes made as a result of its tenth window application process. The requested amendments contained in Region 19’s “WINDOW NINE CHANNEL ALLOCATIONS,” attached as Appendix 1, propose modification of the Region’s frequency allocation tables to provide new assignments for the Massachusetts State Police, Massachusetts Department of Corrections, Massachusetts – Norfolk County Jail, Massachusetts – City of Boston, and Massachusetts – Suffolk County Jail. The requested amendments contained in Region 19’s “WINDOW TEN CHANNEL ALLOCATIONS,” attached as Appendix 2, propose modification of the Region’s frequency allocation tables to provide new assignments for the Westfield, Massachusetts Police Department; South Hadley, Massachusetts Police Department; Massachusetts Fire Services; and Dayville, Connecticut Fire District.
