The annual DTV ancillary or supplementary services report (FCC Form 317, November 2001 Edition) and the CORES certification form (FCC Form 162, February 2000 Edition) are to be filed on or before December 2, 2002. A separate “Remittance Advice” form (FCC Form 159, February 2000 Edition) must also be submitted concurrently with FCC Form 317 by each commercial DTV licensee required to pay a fee based on the gross revenues derived from the provision of certain types of ancillary or supplementary services on its station’s digital spectrum capacity or bitstream. FCC Forms 317, 162, and 159 have been sent by the Media Bureau to each commercial DTV licensee subject to the annual reporting and fee payment requirements. Copies of these forms are available via the Internet by accessing the FCC Web Site at http:// www. fcc. gov and clicking on the Forms link. Noncommercial educational DTV licensees are now required to also annually report whether its station provided ancillary or supplementary services during the twelve- month period preceding September 30, 2002. A revised FCC Form 317 incorporating this requirement has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget. Upon OMB approval, the revised FCC Form 317 will be sent by the Media Bureau to each affected noncommercial educational DTV licensee.
