On January 31, 1995 King Videocable Company (“ King”) filed with the Commission an appeal and a request for stay of a local rate order adopted by the South Washington County Cable Communications Commission (“ SWCC”) on December 7, 1994. 2. In a Motion to Withdraw Appeal of Local Rate Order filed on November 18, 2002, King states that the underlying matters have been resolved with the SWCC, and the dispute is now moot. King seeks to terminate Commission review of all prior local rate orders involving the SWCC and in particular, the appeal referenced above. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw Appeal of Local Rate Order filed by King Videocable Company IS GRANTED and the appeal and stay request filed on January 31, 1995 ARE DISMISSED. 4.
