Before the Accounting Policy Division are Requests for Review filed by Chester Community Charter School (Chester), Media, Pennsylvania, seeking review of a decision issued by the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) of the Universal Service Administrative Company (Administrator). 1 Chester seeks review of SLD’s denial of its FCC Form 471 application, stating that Chester's application did not meet the filing requirements for the 2001- 2002 Schools and Libraries filing window. 2 However, since the Requests for Review were filed, SLD has issued an Administrator's Decision on Appeal informing Chester that its appeal has brought forward persuasive information and that its request will be reviewed and considered for funding. 3 Chester’s Requests for Review are therefore dismissed as moot. 1 Letter from Pete Idstein, Chester Community Charter School, to Federal Communications Commission, filed August 21 and 27, 2001 (Requests for Review). 2 See Requests for Review.
