 To  Be  Held  March  6,  2002 
 An  Auctions  Forum  is  being  held  to  discuss  current  auction  procedures,  automated  technologies,  auction  seminars,  and  public  feedback  on  the  Commission’s  auction  program.  The  forum  is 
 scheduled  for  Wednesday,  March  6,  2002. 
 Interested  parties  must  pre-  register  using  the  attached  form  or  by  calling  the  FCC.  Registration  will  begin  at  9:  30  a.  m.  and  the  program  will  end  by  1  p.  m.  The  forum  will  be  held  at  the  Federal 
 Communications  Commission,  445  12  th  Street  S.  W.,  Room  TW  Level  Conference  Room,  Washington,  D.  C.  Bidders  and  seminar  attendees  that  participated  in  the  following  auctions  are 
 strongly  encouraged  to  attend:  Lower  and  Upper  Paging  Bands  (Auction  No.  40),  Narrowband  PCS  (Auction  No.  41),  Multiple  Address  Systems  (Auction  No.  42),  Multi-  Radio  Services 
 (Auction  No.  43),  and  New  Analog  Television  Stations  (Auction  No.  82).

 The  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau  will  sponsor  a  one-  day  Auctions  Forum.  The  forum  is  free  of  charge  and  will  discuss  the  dissemination  of  information  to  the  public  (i.  e.  Public 
 Notices),  auction  seminars,  the  Automated  Auction  System,  and  the  conduct  of  the  auctions  program  overall. 


 Representatives  from  each  company  may  attend  on  a  first-  come,  first-  served  reservation  basis  until  room  capacity  is  filled.  The  seminar  will  be  held:
