It also seeks comment on whether facilities- based providers of broadband Internet access services provided over wireline and other platforms, including cable, wireless and satellite, should be required to contribute to universal service. A summary of the Notice is published in the Federal Register today, at 67 Fed. Reg. 9232 (Feb. 28, 2002). Interested parties may file comments in this proceeding no later than April 15, 2002. Reply comments may be filed no later than May 14, 2002. When filing comments, please reference CC Docket No. 02- 33, CC Docket No. 95- 20, and CC Docket No. 98- 10. An original and four copies of all comments and reply comments must be filed with the Office of the Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, 445 12th Street, S.
