 On  January  24,  2002,  the  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau  announced  that  it  was  prepared  to  grant  applications  for  109  licenses  to  winning  bidders  in  the  Narrowband  PCS  Auction  (Auction  No. 
 41),  provided  that  each  applicant  made  full  and  timely  payment  of  the  remaining  balance  of  its  winning  bid(  s).  1  The  payment  deadline  was  February  7,  2002.  2 


 Final  payment  was  received  for  the  109  licenses  by  the  payment  deadline.  Accordingly,  by  this  Public  Notice,  we  announce  the  grant  of  the  Narrowband  PCS  licenses  listed  in  attachment  A.  We  grant 
 these  licenses  pursuant  to  Section  309(  a)  of  the  Communications  Act,  47  U.  S.  C.  §  309(  a),  and  Section  0.331  of  the  Commission’s  Rules,  47  C.  F.  R.§  0.331,  because  it  will  serve  the  public  interest,  convenience 
 and  necessity. 


 This  Public  Notice  contains  the  following  Attachments: 
 Attachment  A:  List  of  Applications  the  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau  is  Granting  –  sorted  by  Applicant. 


 Attachment  B:  Instructions  for  Searching  for  Applications  Listed  in  Attachments  A  using  ULS.
