This Public Notice confirms the comment and reply comment dates relating to the Notice of Inquiry (NOI) FCC 02- 57 published in the Federal Register on March 11, 2002. Comments By Interested Third Parties. Comments by interested third parties must be filed on or before May 10, 2002, and replies must be filed on or before June 10, 2002. All pleadings must be filed in conformance with the procedures set forth in the Commission’s recent Public Notices applying to all filings (see DA 01- 2430, DA 01- 2436, DA 01- 2451, DA 01- 2919).
